The Project Specialist will play a critical role in the execution and oversight of construction-related projects across our portfolio in Central Ohio including manufactured housing communities along with RV resorts and campgrounds. This individual will bring a solid background in mobile home sets and construction experience including knowledge of equipment operation, plumbing, electric, septic, and/or landscaping.

Responsibilities
- Set mobile homes and RVs, including blocking, leveling, skirting, utilities, and deck building
- Operate equipment, plumbing, electrical work, septic maintenance and landscaping
- Work closely with managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Proactively address potential delays or issues, implementing effective solutions
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company’s mission and goals
- Availability for travel, including day trips and potential overnight stays
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in construction trades
- Experience in setting mobile homes
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
- Ability to lift 80-100 pounds and work in various construction environments as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
