What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Generalist position at Riverwood Healthcare Center?
About the Position:
Professional who supports the entire employee lifecycle by handling processes concerning onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee relations. As primary contact for the HR Department, you will support diverse workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. Additional duties include fostering positive employee relations and ensuring the legal compliance of HR operations practices. Supports the proper operation of payroll and benefits in cooperation with the respective departments.
Provides exceptional customer service to all visitors.
What we are looking for:
- Associate degree in HR Management or 2 years of experience in HR or equivalent combination
- Strong computer, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in HRIS software, ATS or payroll preferred
