- Performing complex problem-solving tasks.
- Engaging in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Monitoring.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory instruments.
- Processing specimens and performing phlebotomy.
- Providing excellent customer service.
What We Are Looking For
MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician)
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
- Alternatively, meet CLIA guidelines for the complexity of laboratory testing.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP) or equivalent is required within one year of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.
- Alternatively, MLT (ASCP) certified with additional coursework in clinical laboratory science and 2 years of full-time lab experience.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) is required within one year of hire.
