What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Accounts Biller position at Riverwood Healthcare Center?
About the Position:
Assist patients with billing inquiries and concerns while ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and claim denial reasons. Collaborate with self-pay vendors and support the Financial Counselor as needed. Handle clinic receipts, including bank deposits and data entry, with precision and efficiency.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Junior college or vocational school coursework preferred.
- Relevant job-related experience considered.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
