Under the direction of the company Human Resource Manager, coordinates and implements all recruiting activities.

- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies establishing best practices and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Track and analyze success of recruitment efforts, recruiting costs, time to hire, etc.
- Coordinate job advertising, ad development and ad placement on internal and external job boards.
- Verify advertising invoices, and track advertisement and recruitment costs.
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events including initial contact, registration, materials development, selection and coordination of team members, and presentation.
- Establish relationships with school partners for student clinical rotation opportunities.
- Maintain contact with current students in clinical rotation for future placement opportunities.
- Analyze candidate qualifications and conduct telephone screening within 24 hours of application.
- Coordinate interview with candidate and Director of Therapy at facility.
- Provide information and answer all questions from potential applicants regarding positions for which they are interested, including but not limited to pay rate, locations, work hours, company policies, benefits, and physical job requirements.
- Manage and update Paycor applicant tracking system for accurate application flow and reporting.
- Make accurate and timely job offers including wages, benefits and start date.
- Generate offer letter and coordinate with HR designee to complete new hire process.
- Attend and participate in meetings as directed reporting relevant information.
- Projects as assigned by Rivetus executives.
- Provide immediate and courteous customer service to employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor level college degree preferred.
- Human Resources, or healthcare related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
