Role Summary
The Advertising Production & Operations Lead at Rivian manages the creative production process and asset delivery for advertising campaigns. You'll oversee external agencies producing cutdowns, resizing, and evergreen content, while optimizing workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with internal brand and creative teams, and work closely with the media strategist to ensure creative materials follow industry best practices and align with Rivian's marketing goals and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Agency Management : Oversee external creative production agencies, managing workflows, deliverables, and operational processes.
- Evergreen Content : Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to develop evergreen content that addresses full-funnel business needs.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure agencies meet quality standards, industry best practices, and brand guidelines.
- Timeline & Budget Management : Manage production timelines and budgets efficiently.
- Troubleshooting : Proactively resolve trafficking, tagging, and operational issues with agencies and internal teams.
- Workflow Optimization : Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows with external agencies and internal teams.
- Reporting & Communication : Provide regular updates on campaign status and creative performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Liaise with key stakeholders (creative leads, brand managers, producers, copywriters, media strategists), foster collaboration, and contribute to post-campaign analysis.
- Best Practices : Provide guidance and expertise on creative production best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across agency deliverables and operational standardization.
Qualifications
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for California Based Applicants : $112,100 to $140,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary : Rivian provides robust medical / Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment.
