Role Summary
The Media Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless campaign execution across various paid media platforms. This role works closely with media strategists, creative production teams, brand managers, and media agencies to manage asset requirements, creative trafficking, and campaign tagging. The ideal candidate excels in building operational processes, managing multiple cross-functional projects, and ensuring campaigns stay on schedule and within budget. Success in this role requires strong familiarity with paid media workflows, asset trafficking, creative taxonomy, data reporting, clear communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Implementation :
Manage the production plan for paid media, from the brief to asset trafficking, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
Act as the liaison between the media team, creative production, brand managers, and the media agency to ensure flawless execution.

Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for California Based Applicants : $112,100 to $140,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
