Role Summary
As an Onsite Recruiting Coordinator at Rivian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. This position involves managing all aspects of interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, and being onsite to provide hands-on support when candidates visit. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team, proactively addressing challenges and improving processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining Rivian’s high standards for candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including manager screens, panel interviews, and follow-ups.
- Manage interview logistics, including creating virtual meeting links, reserving rooms, providing snacks/lunch, and ensuring smooth communication with interviewers.
- Arrange and oversee candidate travel accommodations, ensuring schedules and itineraries are clear and efficient.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates coming onsite, guiding them through the recruitment process with clear communication and responsiveness.
- Be onsite 5 days a week to support candidates during their visits, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Gather and organize interview feedback from panel members to support hiring decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide support with any onsite recruiting/sourcing events or miscellaneous needs of Talent Acquisition team.
- Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range Irvine-Based Applicants: $30-$37/hr. (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).
