What are the responsibilities and job description for the eDiscovery Analyst position at Rivkin Radler LLP?
This is a hands-on position that will provide litigation technology support and database management. It will be based in the Uniondale office but will provide support to personnel in all offices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and administer document review workspaces in Relativity.
Process discovery in Relativity for attorney review. Must be able to image and OCR documents.
Analyze, manipulate, and upload received productions to Relativity.
Coordinate and run quality control checks on ESI processed by vendors.
Setup search term reports and persistent highlighting sets.
Prepare document productions in Relativity. This includes exporting, quality control steps, and encryption of deliverables.
Provide technical assistance during hearings, depositions, and trials.
Inventory and maintain case data in organized structure.
Search internal email archives on Mimecast.
Download client data, extract, and save to location accessible by case team.
Setup and maintain litigation holds and ethical walls using Intapp,
Encrypt data to be transferred externally via ShareFile or physical media.
Must be knowledgeable of eDiscovery best practices.
Qualifications/Experience:
BA/BS degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with eDiscovery applications, ESI processing, database management, document review, and production.
Thorough understanding of the EDRM and standard litigation support workflows and process requirements.
Experience with Relativity is required.
Experience using eDiscovery analytics preferred.
Experience with SQL scripting a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to maintain calm when working under pressure
Flexibility to be available after hours to assist with eDiscovery issues and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environment.
Hybrid Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Minimum 3 days a week in office
2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
