The Senior Consultant plays a key role on the project team; either by running small projects, Integrating and leading portions of a large project, or being a team member on a project. She / he drives the analysis and process finalization and resolves process and technical issues.
The Senior Consultant performs the role of a Team Leader and ensures the team delivers high quality service and high customer satisfaction.
As a Team Leader, the Senior Consultant will be involved in preparing the detailed level plan for his / her functional / technical area.
The Senior Consultant will also assist in business development activities by providing proposal inputs.
In a Team Lead role, the Senior Consultant will ensure that the project tasks continue to address the needs of the customer and fit within the overall scope of the project, and are completed on time and within the budget.
When issues surface that could change the scope of the project, the Senior Consultant should report to the Project Manager and discuss the impact of these changes with the customer.
