Title: Maintenance Worker
Employment Classification: Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Part Time/ 25 Hours a week
Direct Supervisor: Clubhouse Manager
JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Worker is responsible for conducting indoor and outdoor general maintenance procedures.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience.
- Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate/manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all professional levels.
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff.
- Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem solving, creative, and independent thinking.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organizations philosophy of high quality, professionalism and organizational culture.
KNOWLEDGE & CRITICAL SKILLS
Must have a working knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures and must be familiar with, but not limited to:
- Knowledge/awareness and application of general maintenance duties and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts routine general maintenance procedures.
- Responsible for, including but not limited to, painting, pressure washing, mopping, drywall repairs, stocking shelves, plumbing, light electrical repair and light wood working.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment in good working order.
- Assists with other assigned projects.
- Non-essential duties include other job related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Variable combination of outdoor and indoor environments while performing maintenance duties.
