Dispatcher/Customer Service Associate Position Requirements:
- Proven experience as dispatcher
- Dependability a must
- Arriving to work on time each day
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant CRM's, preferably Service Titan
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of dispatching HVAC Techs and Plumbers
- Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- Willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
- Willing to undergo a drug test as part of the hiring process
