Lawn Care Crew Member - FULL-TIME, YEAR-ROUND POSITION

Job Summary

The ideal candidates are lawn care professionals who are driven to grow their career in the green industry and want to work at the best lawn & landscape company in the area.

Job Duties:

• Provide lawn care services in commercial, residential, and sports turf settings.
• Mowing Crews Responsible for mowing, trimming and blowing properties; Assist in identifying and reporting turf grass issues.
• Work effectively and efficiently with specialized equipment, including, but not limited to: Gas &/or Electric Zero-Turn mowers, trimmers, backpack & handheld blowers, etc.
• Lawn Treatment Applicators Responsible for granular and liquid applications in commercial, residential, and sports turf settings.
• Mulch & Leaf Cleanup
• Snow removal duties.

Qualifications and Skills

The right candidate has:

• Clean criminal record
• Clean and valid driver’s license, CDL a plus (adds to pay rate)
• Turf maintenance experience or knowledge a plus
• Commercial Applicator's License a plus (adds to pay rate)
• Detail oriented with focus on quality
• Desire to make money
• Integrity
• Willing to work with other quality, loyal, hardworking individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60 - $24.00 per hour
