Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy
- Advise senior management on strategic HR issues and provide insights for organizational planning
- Lead the recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce
- Develop and manage a robust performance appraisal system that drives high performance and fosters regular communication
- Monitor and address employee performance issues, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations and compliance with labor laws

- Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and ensure effective resolution of conflicts

- Benefits Administration: Respond to employee inquiries about benefit plans; ensure timely submission of government and other forms
- HR Policy: Update policies as the company evolves; collaborate with insurance carriers and brokers; maintain the HR Handbook
- Onboarding/Exit Administration: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and conduct exit interviews for departing employees
- Employee Communications: Provide guidance to employees on performance and career development issues
- Significant Issues Intervention/Decisions: Address significant employee issues such as discrimination, harassment, termination, and reporting relationships
- Safety and Other Committees: Participate in safety and other employee committees as needed
- Proven HR professional or in a similar HR leadership role with 7-10 years of experience specializing in people management functions
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant education and qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred
