Come join our team at RJs Property Maintenance. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR who’s honest, energetic, and hardworking to join our talented team.
We have over 27 years experience doing landscaping, irrigation and lawn care in the east and northeast metro area.
Job duties may include
· Hardscapes and Softscapes
· Shrub trimming
· Tree trimming
· General Labor
· Equipment maintenance
· Misc. Landscaping duties
· Driving trucks & trailer, loading trucks and trailers in a safe manner
· Supervising other crew members on job sites as well as completing jobs to specification
Details
35-45 Hrs per week. Normal work week is Monday – Friday with rare possibility of a Saturday work day.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! For this position. Pay will be based off level of experience ($26-$33/per hour)
Operating equipment safely and efficiently such as: blowers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, block saws, skid steer, misc. landscape equipment.
Positions are from April until Mid-November, Snow plowing positions are available during winter season for the correct applicant.
Must have
v Reliable transportation to work every day getting to the shop on time and be ready to work.
v Valid driver’s license (no major offenses in the past 3 years)
v Positive attitude
v Ability to take direction from Management and Owner of the company, also willingness to work with other crew members, willing to learn, also the ability to lead other crew members on job sites
v Must be: Driven, Accountable, Reliable, and Self motivated
