About the Position
This position involves overseeing the purchasing cycle, including generating requisitions, PO creation, PO follow-up, goods receipt, and final payment. The successful candidate will also assist in negotiating contracts and developing strategies for dual sourcing and buffering.
- Manage and maintain the company's SAP B1 MRP/CRM system, ensuring accurate lead times, work orders, re-order levels, prices, and other key data.
- Develop long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, quantity, and delivery deadline objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP and Excel, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
