The Subaru Shop Dispatcher at RK Auto is responsible for managing and coordinating all service requests and dispatching technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Responsibilities :
- Receive and process service requests from Service Consultants and internal staff
- Assign technicians to service calls based on their availability and expertise
- Monitor and track the progress of work orders to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure required materials are available for service jobs
- Communicate with Service Consultants regarding estimated completion times and any delays
