This role is responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and ensuring a seamless execution across multiple media channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visually engaging concepts for TV, digital, print, branded content, and social media while ensuring brand consistency.
- Work closely with creative teams and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas to keep creative output ahead of industry standards.
- Present design concepts to internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance final deliverables.
- Guide both internal teams and external creative partners, ensuring all work aligns with the highest standards of creative excellence.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines, resources, and execution while maintaining a focus on quality and innovation.
- Support company policies related to AAP/EEO compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative leadership role.
- Proven ability to translate design trends into impactful brand visuals.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design strategies and creative decisions to stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand recognition.
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and collaborate effectively.
