Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the onboarding process and background screenings.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image in the job market.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its job openings.

Preferences:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an in-house role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Experience in Recruiter role, 2 years (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
