Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the onboarding process and background screenings.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image in the job market.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its job openings.
Preferences:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an in-house role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Experience in Recruiter role, 2 years (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
