You will be an expert at your craft comprising all aspects of an executive search including research, candidate generation and development, senior client management, complex offer negotiations, and executive onboarding. You will be exceptional at influencing executive talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions. You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to engage, assess, and close top talent to help the company reach its bold ambitions.

- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to attract, engage and assess talent, build innovative sourcing strategies, drive and manage candidate pipelines to explore, leverage data insights to influence our commitment to building talented diverse teams
- Partner with leadership to conduct intake sessions to understand position remit and R&R; translate search criteria into an external search strategy
- Drive internal talent search strategies across xLOBs and COE’s to identify ready-now internal talent for opportunities. Champion internal-first initiatives in balance of external search strategies to ensure health of leadership capabilities within the SEA subsidiary for long-term business continuity
- Craft strategic, detailed search assignment documents (including job specs), ensuring an understanding of the vision for the position, the expected business outcomes, what makes the position compelling, and the related competencies required of the ideal candidate.
- Develop and execute research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
- Recruit external passive and active candidates through a variety of channels utilizing best in class sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn Direct Search and Social 2.0
- Screen and assess candidates for required & desired skillset, experience and competencies.
- Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close executive candidates.
- Adopt and direct a continuous improvement mindset to refine process and results
- Maintain knowledge of internal high potential talent; connect them with executive opportunities that leverage their strengths and enhance their career
- Provide an excellent candidate experience from first contact through on-boarding.
- Use consistent and proactive communication strategies to inform Hiring Executives and HR Business Partners of search progress, any challenges, and/or the need for search calibration.
- Maintain a sense of urgency throughout to drive the search toward successful completion as efficiently as possible.
- Demonstrate professionalism and executive presence when communicating with external executive talent, partners, and hiring executives. Deliver an excellent customer experience across all audiences.
- Develop deep understanding of Samsung business and competitor businesses to understand how and where to uncover new talent
- Create true, active pipelines for critical skillsets across the organization to positively impact business continuity
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 10 years sourcing and recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on executive level recruiting
- Strong business acumen & communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner
- Exceptional collaboration skills but can also work independently and at times, without all the information needed
- Intellectually curiosity and a quick thinking; the ability to grasp new concepts
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; solid business acumen and a passion for learning the Samsung business
- Ability to handle competing demands and accept feedback, while being extremely adaptable
