Administrative Assistant/Contract Administrator for construction Company located in Manlius. Experience preferred but not required, willing to train the right person for the position. Looking for a motivated full-time person to assist in maintaining construction project related material, generating documents, routing incoming calls, and maintaining office files. Works closely with project managers to obtain information and carry out administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Word, general verbal, written communication, and organizational skills required. Person must be willing and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health, dental, and competitive Simple IRA.
