Our client, a leading custom equipment manufacturer specializing in robotic and automated air blast resurfacing systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team in Langhorne, PA!

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, proficiency in Plasma CNC programming, and experience with Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks or PRO E.

Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and reduce costs, leveraging fabrication processes and equipment like MiG welding, plasma / waterjet, press brakes, saws, power rollers, and lathes.
- Create and document standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish production benchmarks and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
- Create programs for basic CNC machines, including milling machines and lathes, ensuring efficient and precise production.
- Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to increase efficiency across production areas.
- Design and refine manufacturing fixtures in CAD to enhance processes and improve workflow.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry practices to implement cutting-edge improvements to manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing to ensure accuracy.
Requirements :
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8a-5pm (flexible start time)
