We’re searching for a Charleston, SC based Director, Quality Office for Credentialing Operations to join our Credentialing team, so we can ensure that departmental goals, quality expectations, service level agreements, and deadlines are well defined, measured, and reported. The Director, Quality Office for Credentialing Operations will build and deliver a quality assurance program to ensure our Credentialing (CVO) product meets SaaS industry standards.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Liase with stakeholders from both the Credentialing and Product teams to create a comprehensive quality assurance program including Quality Assessments (in process) and audits (post process)
Provide both qualitative and quantitative insights in order to influence the product roadmap
Act as a representative of Credentialing Operations as it relates to our software solutions, such as interfacing with Product on short- and long-term plans, Product Portfolio planning, Prioritizing, Cost of Quality, etc.
Provide strategies and processes to ensure adherence to NCQA procedures and regulations
Review Credentialing performance against targets on a regular basis in to order to report the resulting quality data in a repeatable, consumable form
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Previous experience creating a quality assurance program for a SaaS product
Proven success in leading and managing a team
In-depth knowledge of formal Quality standards, such as Six Sigma, TQM, ISO, QMS, QoS, etc.
Ability to commute to Charleston, SC 50% of the month
Sincere interest in gaining an understanding of Credentialing and the healthcare software industry
A knack for working both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic, results-oriented environment
