We’re searching for a Lehi, UT based Service Desk Analyst to join our Computer Information Systems team for a 6-month contract to provide hands-on assistance with the IT integration project of our Social Climb acquisition, while also providing technical support to our North American employees. The Service Desk Analyst will ensure Service Desk calls are logged, tracked, and managed in order to provide first-class technical user support for our internal employees.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to our North American employees while logging all service actions and incidents into ticketing systems
Interact with Social Climb employees on-site to assist with integration of systems and migration of data
Escalate calls to internal and external support when necessary to ensure resolution of inquiries
Communicate and interact with internal clients in order to help resolve IT related issues and provide answers within a timely manner
Engage in new starter and leaver processes while working with departmental heads to ensure systems are updated accordingly
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Prior experience in managing multiple Service Desk tickets simultaneously while executing strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proven success troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining both Windows and Mac devices
In-depth knowledge of Windows Administration (Azure ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to commute to Lehi, Utah 50% of the month
Sincere interest in working with a variety of technology and end user skill level
A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a customer focused environment

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also taken into consideration.
