RLE International USA has exciting opportunities for Chassis Quality & Validation Engineers located on-site at customer in Southfield, MI.
**Job Summary:**
The Chassis Quality & Validation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and validation of chassis components and systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, conduct testing and analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive chassis design, validation, and quality control
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in CATIA software and analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement quality control processes for chassis components
- Conduct testing, analysis, and validation of chassis systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide technical expertise and support to the engineering team
- Document test results and create reports for management review
- Participate in design reviews and recommend design changes for quality improvements
