The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding RLP’s footprint in target markets. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for building relationships and driving sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with RLP’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Track and report on business development activities and progress toward goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
