• The job. What you will be doing as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, Cold Storage:
  
  

○ The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator manages the flow of inbound/outbound orders as carriers arrive at the campus. This position works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Leads to insure timely turn-around of carriers. Additionally, this role is engaged with CSC team members in managing the facility appointment schedule in order to manage the flow of material in and out of the sites. Processing all BOLs and inbound paperwork to maintain accurate inventory. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for carriers, report to the Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations or anyone else that may need to know when any request deviates from the norm. Set appointments as needed for both incoming and outgoing activity. Answer phone calls. Effectively correspond with Customer as required.

○ Education: High School (GED)

■ Bachelor's degree preferred

○ Experience:

■ General office skills, ability to handle more than one task at a time.

■ Must be adept in use of Google Apps, Knowledge of software or personal computers.

■ Must be willing to participate in company training programs.

○ License or Certification: N/A

○ Travel requirements: N/A

○ Minimum Physical requirements:

■ Light Lifting: Lifting under 20 pounds

■ Able to stand between (2-4 hours)

■ Minimum freezer exposure (trips in and out of freezer environment on an as needed basis)

■ Minimum level of noise (office environment) and accurate vision for computer and office general requirements.

○ Treat drivers with courtesy and respect in line with the RLS “Shipper of Choice” initiative.

○ Ensure that orders have been Load Verified prior to shipping off and when required contact the supervisor or Operations Manager when not.

○ Processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.

○ Phone duties

○ Greeting visitors

○ Scheduling

○ Clerical duties as required

○ And all other duties as assigned by management

○ Pay: $18.41 - $20.46 DOE
