Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that our company is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet customer needs.
- Stay informed about product specifications, promotions, and company policies.
- Assist customers in selecting the right decorative fabrics, trims, and hardware for their projects.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with order information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with decorative fabrics, trims, and hardware is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
