Primary Responsibilities:
· CRM Management:
o Oversee the maintenance of marketing contacts in our CRM system, ensuring data cleanliness and organization for optimal campaign targeting
· Email Marketing:
o Design and dispatch email campaigns tailored to various customer segments; monitor and analyze performance to refine strategies for enhanced engagement and conversion
· Local SEO Enhancement:
o Manage an update Google Business listing to boost local search visibility and drive traffic
· Social Media Management:
o Handle social media channels, curating and scheduling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
· Performance Tracking:
o Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, reporting on ROI and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales and design teams to develop promotional materials an campaigns that resonate with target audiences and foster lead generation
· SEO Optimization:
o Implement SEO strategies on our website to improve organic search rankings and user engagement
· Vendor Coordination:
o Liaise with external vendors to secure and manage resources necessary for marketing activities
Skills & Expertise
· Strong analytical skills to assess data and market trends to inform strategy adjustments
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities
· Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working well in team settings and managing external partnerships
· Proficient in SEO practices and social media management
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing operations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of CRM software, email marketing tools, and digital marketing principles

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
