Job Summary:
Senior Project Managers at RMA Companies are responsible for ensuring projects meet all key metrics such as schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in construction project management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple priorities while working as a team with coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Act as primary contact with owners/clients, fostering positive relationships with all parties involved.
- Generate and monitor cost estimates, prime contracts, schedules, subcontracts, change orders, RFI's, and process submittals.
- Prioritize requests and manage multiple priorities while working as a team with coworkers.
- Recognize problems that may affect project performance and take corrective action.
- Make sound judgments in addressing technical issues and effectively managing and leading a team.
- Resolve field quality issues with the owner, architect, and subcontractors.
- Understand executed Owner agreement requirements, terms, and limitations.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Develop relationships with team members, establish leadership, and assign team member responsibilities.
- Handle varied workloads and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Process owner and subcontractor monthly billings.
- Coordinate total cost estimates for bids/projects.
- Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings.
- Maintain attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing).

- Good judgment in addressing technical issues.
- Ability to resolve field quality issues.
- Complete understanding of executed Owner agreement requirements.
