This position works collaboratively with Clinical Management to ensure offices are adequately staffed and trained to provide excellent patient care. This position provides training to new staff and continuing education to all clinical staff.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 1:30pm
7.5 hours per day including 30 minutes lunch break
The Clinical Services Supervisor oversees clinical employees in assigned offices. This position works collaboratively with Clinical Management to ensure offices are adequately staffed and trained to provide excellent patient care. This position provides training to new staff and continuing education to all clinical staff.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
- Trains, evaluates and coaches employees.
- Oversees clinical staff schedules, PTO’s, timesheets, attendance compliance.
- Fields employees call out and adjusts staffing to maintain services across all sites. Functions as clinical assistant as needed.
- Monitors each offices’ metrics and collaborate with management to discuss any staffing concerns.
- Oversees maintenance of clinical supplies inventory in all assigned offices.
- Collaborates with outside vendors to track/resolve errors and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Educates clinical staff on all clinical standard of practice policies and work instructions.
- Must be cross-trained as a Clinical Assistant and Phlebotomist.
- Effectively communicates with staff to resolve employee conflicts, complaints. Elevates to Clinical Manager/Human Resources as needed.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary training for proper performance and development.
- Maintain organization of team members’ timesheets, PTO, etc. to ensure that tasks are properly carried out.
- Transmit the Company’s policies (health and safety, labor legislation, training, etc.) to ensure compliance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) - required
- Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program - preferred
- Studies level: Certification
- Studies area: Medical Assistant program
- Phlebotomy State certification required for TX, CA and WA.
- Studies level: Certification
- Studies area: Phlebotomy Program
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-physician practice (three or more physicians) with proven work experience in both clinical and administrative areas.
- Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility – preferred
- Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience – required
- Knowledge of medical terminology - required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between offices as needed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- EMR experience - required
- Experience assisting in office procedure and office machines (i.e., computer, fax, copier, etc.).
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
