Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or Chemistry or an Associate's degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Minimum five years' clinical experience with two years in the current department.
• Ability to establish work priorities, handle multiple procedures simultaneously, and troubleshoot instruments and other issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with other departments and clients.
