WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time hospitality position, immersing you in the vibrant rhythm of Hilton Head Island. While weekends may be part of the adventure, your commitment will ensure the seamless operation of our resort facilities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESORT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
Imagine a day where your leadership shines, helping to oversee maintenance processes and ensuring operational excellence. Your duties include ensuring our facilities are always at their best. Conducting regular inspections becomes second nature as you proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining our brand standards. You dive into tracking expense oversight, seamlessly managing labor and materials budgets. Your day is a blend of helping to supervise a dedicated team, executing work orders, and stepping into the manager's shoes when needed. Your role is dynamic, ensuring that each corner of our resort and every guest interaction reflects the excellence that defines RMC.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A RESORT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of field experience in maintenance
- Previous supervisory experience
- Exceptional organizational and supervisory abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Although we encourage all to apply, we have a preference for Beaufort County residents. Our ideal candidate will have a clean DMV report and valid driver's license, be available weekends, and demonstrate a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC! Being bi-lingual is a big plus.
