Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the customer in staying up to date with current and emerging technologies
- Conduct research
- Liaise with multiple organizations, ensuring effective communication
- Participate in forums, working groups, conferences, meetings, and other events
- Prepare briefs, presentations, papers, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)
