Inside Sales

RMH Systems, one of the largest material handling, packaging, and industrial scale integrators in the Midwest, is currently seeking a well-organized and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations.

The primary objective for this role is to help support our sales team and grow our business. This role is a combination of customer support, sales support, project coordination, order quoting, and order entry. Our inside team works hard to make sure our projects are organized, and that our sales/engineering teams have what they need to be successful. Our inside team is the first contact point for our customer base. This individual needs to be organized, detail-oriented, positive, and reliable. This individual is responsible for order entry, order quoting, and aftermarket follow-up.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter orders on a daily basis as provided by the outside sales team.
• Customer service – answering phone calls, making aftermarket service phone calls, following up on orders, managing freight, etc.
• Act as liaison between our customers and company sales and parts departments. Coordinate customer functions with other departments to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Manage smaller equipment & parts quotes and ordering.
• Provide project coordination on larger projects to assist in organizing details with large system orders.
• Maintain a high level of communications with other departments to stay abreast of pricing, equipment updates, specials, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of quotes and proposals in concert with other interested departments.
• Maintain the customer contact file with monthly updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 year associates degree and similar experience in inside sales, or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Strong computer and typing skills with the ability to use Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication skills & self-starter
• Mechanical ability or industry experience a plus.

**Pay is based on experience. $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
