- Maintain seamless integration of legal and financial services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive estate planning support.
- Lead a skilled team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Continue the firm's tradition of caring for clients, ensuring integrity, prompt responses, and personalized service in all interactions.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on a range of estate planning matters, from simple wills to complex trusts, probate, and trust administration.
- Preserve and build upon the firm's strong, longstanding reputation, ensuring continuous, warm, and friendly client care. This includes nurturing relationships with existing clients, fostering referrals, and maintaining connections with second-generation clients who trust the firm's legacy and service quality.
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Law Degree, licensed in ND and MN.
- Extensive experience in estate planning. Financial services, or accounting is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Avid learner who approaches challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Comfortable presenting to groups of 20-30 people.
