Offshore Paramedic

Start Date: June 1st, 2025

End Date: September 30th, 2025

Vessel: Eagle Explorer or Normand Tonjer

Crew Change: Louisiana

Certs Required: OEUK Formerly (OGUK) Medical, BOSIET with HUET CA- EBS, Paramedic License, ACLS, BLS, PHTLS

Day Rate: $425 a day

Rotation- 5 weeks on and off

Length of Project- 4 Months could go longer

Duties

• Respond to emergency calls offshore via vessel and provide medical assistance patients in need
• Assess patients' conditions and administer appropriate medical treatments
• Monitor vital signs and provide necessary interventions to stabilize patients
• Safely transport patients to medical facilities for further care
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to relay patient information and coordinate care
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately and thoroughly

Rotation/Schedule: Work 5 weeks on 5weeks off, 12 hour shifts

Requirements

• BOSIET
• OEUK (formerly oguk medical)
• Passport
• PHTLS
• Valid paramedic certification/license
• ACLS/BLS Certified
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and maneuver patients
• Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures used in emergency situations
• 2 years of offshore experience required (over a year may be acceptable)
