RMK Management has an immediate opening for a full-time LEASING CONSULTANT at The Churchill Apartments in Minneapolis. This is a terrific opportunity for someone looking for a fast-paced environment, great commissions and is interested in growing with a fantastic company!
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of leasing experience within the multifamily industry .
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass background and drug screening prior to employment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Above average ability to communicate with clients and co-workers, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn specialized software. Experience with Yardi One, CRM and RentCafe is a plus.
- Skills to influence prospective residents of the advantages of living at a community by using sales closing methods.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements, especially related to federal and local Fair Housing Laws.
- Ability to travel off-site for training courses and outside marketing.
