Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work with other team members making a positive impact on our business and customers and community every day.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the proper the payment of all vendor payable accounts. Responsible for the proper recording of these accounts once payment is paid, and reconciling related schedules and statements.
- Make certain that all accounts payable invoices are paid in a timely fashion according to company guidelines.
- Enter all invoices for payables and verify parts, tires, sublet, etc. to repair orders.
- Verify that all items are charged out correctly and reconcile to accounts payable schedule.
- Verify that all AP items are charged out correctly and reconcile to accounts payable schedule.
- File all paid invoices.
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller.
