The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in loan origination and customer service, with expertise in processing various loan products and negotiating favorable terms for clients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a personal brand and a branch office under our company’s extensive suite of products and services. Over the next 6 to 12 months, we expect you to grow the branch by recruiting and leading a team of producing loan officers, processors, and support staff.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility for delegated loan products. We allow for both wholesale and delegated loans.
- Guide clients through the loan process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize financial software, including LendingPad, Surefire(CRM), MS Office.
- Conduct thorough assessments of applicants' financial backgrounds, credit histories, and repayment capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other banking professionals to ensure timely loan approvals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, lending regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector is preferred. Must be licensed and not just have the ability to work with realtors and builder, must be able to recruit other loan officer to help creat the branding here in Brevard,
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and financial regulations with both delegated and wholesale.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A book of business is not required, however we will be review every 90 days to see the type of production.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates.
- Ability to type efficiently using 10-key methods for data entry tasks.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining company standards.
