Bar Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar within our multi faceted location that includes retail, restaurant and bar. RMU is so much more than just a bar. We are a high energy team that focuses on positive community impact, and mountain culture.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate bar staff checklists to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Weekly ordering of bar inventory and supplies
• Weekly scheduling of the bar
• Manage inventory levels and perform monthly inventory
• Create innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as liquor laws.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Bartend a minimum of one day a week. Two days a week is encouraged.
• Help to execute weekly events.

Experience

• Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a casual dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes.
• Leadership skills, staff training and development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
