Operations Account Coordinator-Chevron
Service Line: Permian Basin Rental Services
SUMMARY
- Operational Account Coordinator will oversee and ensure the successful execution of Chevron’s projects in the Permian Basin. This role will be primarily focused on managing operational activities, maintaining quality assurance standards, and serving as the key liaison between our internal teams and Chevron’s Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tank sets and other operations meet Chevron’s stringent DHI standards.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tank sets and related operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with Chevron’s DHI standards and company protocols.
- Address operational challenges promptly, implementing solutions to minimize downtime or disruptions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, engineering, and field personnel, to ensure seamless project execution
- Communicate effectively with key operational stakeholders such as the Operations Manager, Trucking Supervisor, and Service Labor Supervisor to align on project goals, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Chevron representatives to align project goals and expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment to achieve operational excellence.
- Track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on operational success.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 12 months of experience in operational management or quality assurance within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience managing high-paced, large-scale projects, preferably in the Permian Basin.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with tank set operations and logistics in the oil and gas sector.
- Experience working directly with Chevron or other major energy companies.
- Certifications in quality assurance or safety (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
WORK SCHEDULE
- This role may require occasional evening, weekend, or on-call availability based on operational needs.
