Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, cash handling skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Duties

• Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services.
• Provide excellent client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the call center system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
