CAREGIVER/CNA-Overnights- In-Home Care
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Shifts: some weekend availability, some holiday availability. Work with pets when necessary
- RNS Private Duty Care - Kansas City
- $20-$21 (based on experience/availability)
- RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry.
- Flexible scheduling available. We have a no sleeping policy.
- High School Diploma.
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RNS’ Vehicle Safety Program.
- Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies.
- Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities and cell phone skills.
- Daily access to RNS’ email.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
- Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range.
- Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager.
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
- Has working knowledge of home safety.
- Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
- Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client.
- CPR certified or certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current TB test or tested within 90 days of hire.
- Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed.
- Participates in staff meetings and in-servicing.
- Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
