Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.

• 6pm-6:30am or 6am-6:30pm
• rotating schedule
• weekends as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
• Nursing Home experience in required
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of nursing care for geriatric residents, overseeing and training staff in specific resident care procedures.
• Observe and assess residents' behavior and physical conditions, administering medical treatments and interventions according to the care plan.
• Act as lead or perform limited supervision during shifts, providing oversight to licensed staff and Certified Nursing Assistants when assigned as the charge nurse.
• Learn and implement Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for problem-solving and continuous process improvements.
• Incorporate a Veteran/Member-centered approach to care in all job duties.
