RoMac Building Supply is hiring for an Accounts Payable clerk in Leesburg, FL. With over 500 employees RoMac is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and oral), detail oriented with an aptitude for numbers, able to perform filing and record keeping tasks, and able to work alone or within a group.
The primary function will be:
- Print incoming invoices from email
- Compile invoices for daily check run
- Prep checks for mail
- Scan paid invoices to files
- Sort and deliver incoming mail
- Fulfill supply requests to stores
- Take deposits to bank
- Invoice matching & entry for inventory purchase orders
- Vendor statement review
- Resolve billing discrepancies
