Automotive Sales Manager

Road Ready Used Cars, Inc. is currently looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our sales team! We take pride in our store that has been family owned and operated for over 35 years. We are looking for a manager who is professional, self-motivated, upbeat, goal-oriented, and shares the same passion as we do in customer service. The Sales Manager primarily will be focused on used vehicle sales, inventory, as well as performs supervisory functions of employees within the sales department. As a sales manager you are responsible for setting monthly sales goals, create strategies, negotiate sales, follow-up with customers and sales team, assist with training and hiring sales staff.

Road Ready Used Cars is one of Connecticut's premier Used Car Dealerships!! We are proud of our state of the art 33,000 square foot facility, located in Ansonia, CT. We are situated on 4 acres of land with OVER 400 cars in stock on sight! Are market stretches across the country!!

• Responding to customer leads and following up with them
• Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
• Keep current with inventory
• Build relationships and create customers for life!
• Forecast aggressive, yet realistic monthly goals and objectives
• Lead the sales team to success
• Bring your A game, be a positive asset to our team
• Automotive Sales Management Experience
• Finance Experience a plus
• Customer service oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Promotional skills
