Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
Duties
- Perform exterior prep of vehicles as they enter the car wash.
- Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns that would inhibit their ability to travel safely thru the car wash.
-Assist customers thru the procedure to shift their vehicle to neutral and disengage any auto-brake/parking brake
- Conduct custodial duties to keep the car wash facility clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages to management.
Qualifications
- No experience in a car wash environment is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
