What you will get to do as a Production Artist with Road Runner Sports :

Ability to translate the Road Runner Sports voice and personality into visual design based on existing brand guidelines.

Support Road Runner Sports culture, quality standards and deliverables.

Work closely with design team in taking creative concepts and style guides and adapting them into print and digital assets.

Accurately revise print and digital files.

Color correction and photo-retouching of brand imagery.

Finalize and pre-flight production files for print vendors.

Vendor and private label product image processing.

Assist the digital asset manager with maintaining system organization for electronic files and images through our DAM site.

Work closely with Production Manager, Designers, Merchandising and Project Managers.

Work with design team in building out digital and print templates.

Additional tasks may include creating product photography shot lists, assigning files names, managing images, creating appropriate mock-ups for presentations and other tasks as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design

3 years of experience in visual design for in-house brands or agency.

Impressive portfolio of work that shows design and production experience and abilities.

Strong understanding of design principles and best practices across digital and print.

Expert ability in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms, Microsoft Office applications in addition to Teams and One Drive.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana.

Familiarity with prepress techniques and file preparation.

Variable printing or dynamic digital printing knowledge.

Proficient in web graphic design.

Competence in downloading / uploading files to FTP sites and troubleshooting problems in this and other electronic sending processes.

Well organized, detail- and solutions-oriented.

Must be able to multi-task between projects and responsibilities with a high level of proficiency.

Ability to problem solve, learn quickly and progress projects through hurdles or challenges.

Ability to adapt to the fast-changing needs and developments.

A collaborative team player with an interest in learning from and listening to others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to work independently, be self-motivated and an excellent team player.
