Position: Dispatcher
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 7 AM - 7 PM
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
As a Dispatcher at Road Runner Wrecker Service, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our towing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our fleet management, leveraging your communication and organizational skills to keep everything moving seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate & Communicate: Use phone systems to stay connected with drivers and ensure timely response to service requests.
- Manage Fleet Operations: Monitor vehicle status, performance, and ensure our fleet is always ready to go.
- Data Mastery: Handle data entry with precision, ensuring dispatching records are always up-to-date and accurate.
- Problem-Solve: Work closely with logistics teams to quickly resolve any issues, keeping operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in towing dispatching.
- Exceptional data entry skills with an eagle eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Software
- Strong organizational abilities and the capability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of GIS tools is a bonus, but not required.
